A: A conversation with your current Physical Therapist is the best way to decide if Telehealth will be a safe and beneficial option for you.
Q: Do I need a referral from my doctor for “Physical Therapy via Telehealth”?
A: No, any Physical Therapy referral can be used for telehealth appointments.
Q: Will my insurance cover Telehealth visits?
A: Currently some insurance carriers are covering telehealth appointments conducted by a Physical Therapist. We also have Self-Pay options available. We encourage you to check with your insurance carrier to see if they cover telehealth appointments conducted by a Physical Therapist.
Q: Will I have to pay before each appointment?
A: Yes, you will not be able to access your appointment if you have not paid.
Q: How will my payment be taken?
A: When you have a Telehealth appointment scheduled an email will be sent to you containing a link. When the link is clicked you will automatically be directed to a secure payment page. Once your payment has processed you will be re-routed to your appointment.
Q: How long will my Telehealth appointment be?
A: 30 minutes.
